Over the years, the ability to adapt to an ever-changing landscape of business and talent priorities has been key to L&D’s success. Early this year, NIIT Research and Josh Bersin Academy conducted this research on Adaptive Learning Organizations, which involved in-depth conversations and surveys with more than 100 large, global companies.

 We found that Adaptive Learning Organizations are leading in three critical areas: the ability to sense and analyze external and internal market changes, decide and lead quickly on the right direction, programs, and resources, and evolve and transform their ability to deliver advanced business-centric and personalized learning solutions.
