To ensure that you attend all the sessions of the conference, please plan to land in Orlando, FL around 12 noon on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 and plan your return any time after 4 PM on Friday, February 28, 2025. Accommodation at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort is complimentary for two nights from Wednesday night, February 26, 2025, through Friday night, February 28, 2025. Check-in time on Wednesday is 4 PM and check-out time on Friday is 11 AM.

The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort will book your hotel room based on the check-in and check-out dates and the room preference you have submitted in the registration form.
